HERE’S WHAT A DAY IN TREATMENT COULD BE LIKE
After enjoying a healthy, chef-prepared breakfast, you’ll set your intentions for the day with some self-reflection. Then you will attend a psychoeducation session on a topic such as stress management or self-esteem. You’ll wrap up the morning with an invigorating workout.
After a delicious, nutritionist-planned lunch, you’ll attend an individual or group therapy session or a workshop focused on goal setting or setting healthy boundaries. Some days you’ll have free time to focus on developing a healthy self-care routine.
In the evening, you’ll practice the skills you’ve been learning in your group therapy. Then you’ll unwind with some more physical recreation, like a volleyball game with fellow patients, and dinner to follow.
Continuing support for ongoing success
Support from EHN Guardians does not end once you step out the door. We believe that ongoing recovery requires ongoing care. That’s why one year of Aftercare, an important part of relapse prevention, is included for all eligible alumni.
To further strengthen your commitment to continued recovery, we also offer access to our app-based support. This tool enables you to set personalized goals, track your progress, and stay mindful of potential triggers, ensuring you remain proactive in your recovery journey.
The Aftercare Program also aims at helping you identify risks of relapse and obtaining the guidance and recommendations you may need for early intervention if required.
