Mental Health, Trauma and Addiction Programs
Exclusively for Police
EHN Guardians provides industry-leading care to support our police personnel in beginning their recovery from mental health challenges, trauma, and addiction.
Police officers play a complex and demanding role in society, one that often exposes them to intense and potentially traumatic experiences. Over long careers of continuous exposure, they face an increased risk of developing mental health conditions.
EHN Guardians provides specialized, evidence-based care tailored for police officers dealing with mental health concerns, substance use, or trauma-related symptoms. By creating treatment spaces solely for protective service personnel, we offer officers a safe, supportive environment to focus on healing. This approach eliminates the risk of encountering members of the public or others they may have interacted with professionally, such as people they have arrested.
Community is essential to recovery, and with decades of experience supporting first responders, we recognize the value of a tailored approach. By dedicating treatment exclusively to Guardians, we cultivate an environment of trust and understanding, allowing members to engage fully in their healing journey alongside peers who genuinely understand the unique challenges of their profession.

Funding the Path to Recovery
Securing funding for treatment can be challenging; however, there are various support options available for police officers in need. Assistance may come from unions, police departments, workers’ compensation boards, and insurance providers, many of which offer funding or reimbursement for mental health services. EHN Guardians has extensive experience working with these organizations and can help identify the most suitable funding avenues for you. If you are unsure where to begin, connect with our team—our goal is to support you in navigating funding resources and connecting with assistance that aligns with your recovery journey.
