Kita Lafrance, BBA, MBA, MScIB - Executive Director, EHN Guardians Nanaimo 

Kita LaFrance brings a unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience to her role as Executive Director at EHN Edgewood Nanaimo. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vancouver Island University, as well as a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire. 

Before transitioning into the mental health and addiction field, Kita spent 13 years in the Forestry and Pulp and Paper industries, with a focus on people and culture. Her passion for helping individuals on their recovery journeys drives her commitment to making quality care accessible to those in need. As Executive Director, Kita is dedicated to fostering an environment of support and healing, ensuring that everyone who seeks help at EHN Edgewood Nanaimo receives the highest standard of care.
