Jean-René Beaudet - Executive Director, EHN Nouveau Départ Montréal

 
Jean-René joined EHN Nouveau Départ in 2023, bringing with him over two decades of experience in leadership, operations, and team development across multiple industries. He holds an engineering degree and has built his career on a foundation of strong human values, focusing on team engagement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.  Throughout his diverse career, Jean-René has successfully led businesses in sectors such as real estate, senior living, palliative care, and the golf industry. His experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to align individual development with organizational performance.  As Executive Director of EHN Nouveau Départ Montréal, Jean-René is dedicated to helping individuals struggling with mental health disorders and addiction. He is passionate about providing the care and resources people need on their path to recovery.
